The SCOTT Snowdonia Trail Marathon is close to selling out.

The SCOTT Snowdonia Trail Marathon 2016 is close to selling out, with anyone thinking of entering encouraged to sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The marathon, sponsored by SCOTT-Sports, now has less than 200 spaces left for this year. Organisers Always Aim High Events strongly advise anyone interested in this stunning event to book their places as early as possible to secure their place.

The SCOTT Snowdonia Trail Marathon is a challenge in the true sense of the word. Ascending 1685m over 26 miles of iconic and spectacular trails, this epic race will circumnavigate and eventually climb Wales’ highest peak, Snowdon.

The route explores the stunning trails, spectacular panoramic views, and tough climbs that make Snowdonia National Park such a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts.

Visiting Rhyd Ddu, Beddgelert, Nant Gwynant, Pen y Pass and finally Snowdon itself, there surely can’t be a more striking trail marathon route in the UK.

A spokesperson for SCOTT-Sports said: ‘SCOTT-Sports are proud once again to be title Sponsor of the SCOTT Snowdonia Trail Marathon. Our beliefs and passions lie in the mountains and if you’re like us you run because you love it and you do it the right way for the right reasons. With our belief of ‘NO SHORTCUTS’ it makes complete sense for SCOTT to continue its partnership with Always Aim High Events for the Snowdonia Trail Marathon 2016’.
