The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways are recruiting for seasonal workers.

Fancy working for one of the top attractions in Wales?

The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways is one of the UK’s most successful heritage steam railways and, at 40 miles in length, by far the longest.

It runs through stunning Snowdonian scenery and carries hundreds of thousands of visitors each year from all corners of the world.

The railway has vacancies for paid seasonal work in a wide range of departments, including on train stewards, retail, catering and booking office assistants and other ‘front of house’ roles. These are paid seasonal vacancies, not volunteer jobs.
The railway is holding an open day on Tuesday, February 24 in Spooner’s Bar, Porthmadog Harbour Station between 10am and 2pm, where candidates can meet the team and find out more about the opportunities for seasonal work. There are vacancies at both Porthmadog and Dinas / Caernarfon.
