A new Supper Club has been launched on Anglesey by the team at Château Rhianfa. On the last Thursday of every month there is the opportunity to dine and be entertained by a local Supper Club star.
“I am excited to have Benjamin Lee join us for our supper club at the end of May. You get a chance to meet the speaker and discuss his passion for chocolate and cake decoration. It will be a fantastic experience; entertaining, with exceptional food on a chocolate theme, prepared by our talented Head Chef, Andrew Sheridan from our award winning ‘Top Hotel Restaurant of the Year’,” said Martin Page, General Manager at Château Rhianfa.
The three-course meal for the club evening will include ‘chocolate and chilli bread’ and finish with a specially designed chocolate dessert.
“It is great to have an evening when I can explain the process of chocolate, from the importance of the cocoa bean to the complexity of our finished sculptures. Château Rhianfa is an amazing venue. It has been great to work with the team to create this unique evening and, of course, an opportunity to taste our chocolate,” says Benjamin Lee, Chocolatier and Pâtissier.
Benjamin Lee is coming to the Supper Club on Thursday 28 May, at 7pm. Chateau Rhianfa is an architectural masterpiece, a true fairy-tale hotel and fine-dining restaurant, situated off the Beaumaris Road, Anglesey.
